J. S. Graham GardnerA graduate of Austin College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Chemistry, Graham Gardner has been with PGS Paragon since its inception in September of 2008. As President and co-owner he has successfully managed the increasing sales and growth of our company while investing in state of the art research equipment ensuring our compound purity guarantee to our customers. Graham believes not only in providing the best customer service locally and nationally, but he also believes in working with a professional team of salesman and administration. When Graham is outside of work, he enjoys spending time at Hallett Raceway testing new seal designs, renovation projects, and traveling. In addition he also continually strives to provide an environment that offers inspiration and improvement to our team, to our customer service, and to our product line. Together with his partners, Graham is molding our customers’ futures today for tomorrow.
David P. McCabe
With over 30 years of professional experience in the packing, gaskets, and seals industry, David McCabe is the founder of PGS Paragon among other leading companies in the related industry field. He has established lifelong business relationships with hundreds of customers who have experienced his hard work, dedication, integrity, and loyalty in customer service satisfaction. As a true salesman at heart, David has lead several companies past the million dollar sales mark. He is now assisting our Paragon team with his extensive knowledge of the OEM industry, sales, and marketing. In Dave’s spare time he enjoys mentoring new business owners and those who are seeking to become business owners with his tutorial sessions, Business Between the Guard Rails. He also enjoys writing open commentaries on various subjects in the OEM industry, business, and much more. David relentlessly follows his mantra, “Leave everyone better off than you found them.” As a partner with PGS Paragon, David is integrating his sales techniques and marketing skills to an exceptional team that offers the best customer service, product, and knowledge in the industry.
